Exchange and Return Policy

At Vinisor, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy exchanges and returns.

2:Receive a return authorization and instructions.

3:Ship the item back to us.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
